Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Accurately manufacture batches by measuring, weighing, and adding ingredients according to established procedures. Operate production equipment—including pressure kettles, mix tanks, pumps, and scales—in a safe and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment to ensure equipment remains in proper working condition. Follow all safety protocols, including the use of a full‑face respirator when required for specific materials. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules in a fast‑paced environment. Document production activities accurately using computer systems and digital tools. Support continuous improvement by identifying and communicating opportunities to enhance processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strong math and measurement skills to ensure precise batch preparation.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work weekends when needed to meet customer demand.
  • Proficiency using computers and navigating multiple systems; experience with SAP (Systems, Applications & Products in Data Processing) is preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift 50 lbs (22.6 kg) and perform physical work in a production environment.
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment, including full‑face respirators.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes or equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in batch manufacturing or operating mix tanks, pressure systems, or similar equipment.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other manufacturing documentation systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in fast-moving environments.
