Production Operator I/ Lamination
About The Position
The Production Operator I/Lamination role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining the manufacturing process, including the competent operation of all support equipment. The individual will also assist in training entry-level employees, make necessary process adjustments, and perform quality tests and inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Key aspects of the role include properly recording production data and reports, adhering to plant safe housekeeping guidelines for a safe work environment, and maintaining compliance with SQF/HACCP requirements as outlined in the location's Food Safety & Quality Policy.
