Job Title Lamination Operator About your role: Fiserv is a global leader in financial services technology, delivering payments and processing solutions that power commerce. You will join our team and receive training on our world class production equipment. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the production machines to produce accurate work on a timely basis. What you’ll do: Operate a variety of production machines in the manufacturing process of credit/debit cards such as lamination, hot stamp or die cut. Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice Conduct quality checks to verify that the production materials are accurate according to the job order Cross train to learn the operation of other production equipment Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of machine operation in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
  • You will work an assigned rotating 12 hour schedule of 6:00am-6:00pm
  • This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
  • This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
