About The Position

What you’ll do: This position will be required to perform Operations Level 3 roles; Bag Inspector, Block Opening, Culler (Raw and Cooked), Cutter, Trim Collection, Inspector and Palletizer Bag Inspector Ensures the integrity of bag seals and date code after they have been formed and filled. Block Opening Responsible for removing block envelopes from blocks to keep pace with the line Culler/Inspector Culling (inspecting) out fish rejects during the production of portions and/or sticks. Cutter Filling cutter pockets with product Trim Collection Collect, measure, and record rejects generated during the process based on quality requirements. Palletizer Hand stack pallets What you’ll need: Must be able to perform Level 3 Operations positions. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Demonstrates sound judgment in decision making. Demonstrate proper use of Lockout/Tagout procedures as it applies to the equipment you are operating. Ability to engage and collaborate positively with all levels and departments.
