You will also utilize a forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials to load route delivery vehicles. Fills cryogenic liquids and pure non-flammable industrial gases according to Airgas Fill Plant Standard Operating Procedures. Adjusts valves and observes gauge to fill cylinder to specified pressure. Observes scale indicator to fill cylinders to specified weight. Fills cylinder to full capacity, rolls cylinder onto scale and connects vent line to release excess gas and attain prescribed weight. Positions cylinders onto platform, or positions cylinders in manifold racks manually or with the aid of material handling equipment. Tests gas for purity using testing equipment. Inspects or tests empty cylinders. Examines exterior of cylinder for surface defects such as dents, cracks, or burns, and deciphers whether or not to quarantine the cylinder for further inspection. ________________________

Requirements

Will need to become Forklift Certified.
Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future. This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.
Needs to be able to interpret and understand all written and oral communications for a safe and well informed work environment.
