About The Position

We are looking for a Chemical Operator to join our team and play a critical role in supporting a wide range of activities for the production process; including packaging, cleaning, formulation, and material movement.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50lbs multiple times per day.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift.
• Flexibility to work different shifts.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment according to safety, environmental and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
• Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
• Color and dust particles may be present in the air or throughout the facility.
• Allergens may be present in the air.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Prior chemical manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Calculate, weigh, and charge raw materials.
• Operate all processing equipment including blenders, mixers, mills, dryers, etc.
• Follow all operating procedures written and verbal.
• Weigh and label finished products, complete all production documentation.
• Perform in-process quality analysis tests.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs.
• Clean equipment and work area per standardized procedures.
