Where You'll Work With over 45 plants across North America, the Owatonna, MN, USA plant is a part of our Dry Beverage division and specializes in agglomeration and/or coating of nutraceuticals and functional food ingredients in some of your favorite dietary supplements and drinks. Wat You'll Do The Production Operators follow formulas to ensure the customers receive the ideal dry blended ingredients to flavor their products. This involves operation of a variety of production and processing equipment to manufacture products efficiently and within all specifications and quality standards. During a shift you may pull raw materials, measure, use lift trucks and/or cranes, monitor and document production results. Your attention to detail and maintaining safe processes will ensure that the best product is shipped daily. It is critical to success that all government regulations, policies and related processes are met and or exceeded. The successful employees in this role may become leaders for other employees and consistently communicate with the production team! 4 Day Work Week! Our 2nd Shift Works from 400 pm - 230 am, Mon.-Thurs.! Overtime is Available, Usually Not Mandatory

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older
  • Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime.
  • Must be self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers.
  • Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
  • Ability to complete certification requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of Food or chemical manufacturing experience ideal.
  • 6 months of prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred.
  • Use of MS products, Excel and SAP software preferred.
