About The Position

As our Production Operations Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day execution of prototype-to-production builds, directly supervising the production associate team on the floor. This is a highly hands-on role—you’ll assign work, unblock issues in real time, ensure production schedules and quality standards are met, and track and approve timecards and labor hours. You’ll coordinate and deliver on-the-job training as needed, helping associates develop the skills required to build complex solid-state power hardware safely, consistently, and efficiently. Your leadership will directly influence product readiness, customer confidence, and the pace at which our solid-state transformer technology moves from development into real-world deployment.
