Berklee College of Music, a global leader in the arts and innovation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Operations Manager (POM) to join our vibrant team at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee (BCB). This newly created role will oversee production and stage management for BCB’s Mainstage and Zack Box Theaters, supporting the Theater, Dance, and Music Divisions. The POM will work closely with the Performance Services team, faculty directors, choreographers, and students to ensure seamless and successful productions across multiple disciplines. As the Production Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of BCB’s performance operations. You will also be the go-to person for summer programs and other special events, ensuring that BCB’s spaces are maximized and well-supported throughout the year.
