Production Operations Manager
About The Position
As a Production Operations Manager you'll be responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to our eaters and our chefs. Your time will be spent running the daily operations of the entire Los Angeles market, as well as driving improvement measures, and operational strategy. You will help to elevate the standard, streamline processes, and provide efficient guidelines to the Kitchen, Warehouse, Food Safety, Fulfillment and Logistics departments, ensuring they are all set for success. All this with a long-term mindset nurturing positive daily habits with special care on scalability and cost-efficiency. Success for this role will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability of operations, constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience in operations, logistics, cold storage (preferred), or similar production environments
- Proven experience managing labor, scheduling, and shift-based teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to track, interpret, and report on operational KPIs
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
- Proficiency with operational dashboards and reporting tools
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in food production, ready-to-eat, or high-compliance environments
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with scaling operations in growth-stage environments
