Requirements

  • Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Shadow supervisors to learn daily production operations and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks using Oracle, including parts tracking and cycle counts.
  • Support process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and helping implement solutions.
  • Contribute to training and documentation through Dozuki, helping maintain and improve standard work instructions.
