Requirements
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Manufacturing process and/or packaging experience is preferred.
- Availability to work ANY Shift and ANY Department
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required)
Responsibilities
- Monitors equipment to ensure that products are being produced properly.
- Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
- Inspects final products to ensure they are up to quality standards
- Ensures that all production deadlines are met.
- Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory.
- Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
- Assist in training new personnel on existing production protocol, safety and plant equipment.
- Enforce company safety policies and procedures.
