We Take Care of Our Team This position offers: · Starting pay of $19.55/hr. up to top pay of $27.59/hr. · Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential additional shift differential for off-shifts Benefits include: 401k includes up to 8% match and non-elective contribution, full coverage benefit plan options, starting at 4 weeks paid vacation, 8-10 calendar holidays, paid sick/disability leave (including sick days), 8 weeks paid paternal leave, employee assistance program; comprehensive health and wellness programs, and tuition assistance. What You Drive at DTNA General Purpose of the Position: Move, sort, and deliver materials as directed following prescribed practices or instructions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a daily basis
- Ability to identify numbers and retain to memory
- Ability to use hand trucks or pickers to transport materials
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Ability to multi-task
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of parts
- Previous experience in manufacturing/inventory setting
- Computer skills, good understanding of basic MRP fundamentals.
- Ability to operate Power Industrial Vehicle
Responsibilities
- Receive, identify, and sort core
- Assist with storage and pulling of core including packaging/labeling
- Assist with the delivery of materials to production lines as needed
- Must meet annual training requirements
