About The Position
Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Work from established procedures, written and/or verbal instructions. Perform set-ups and product changes. Meet production goals and quality standards. Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations. Complete daily logs and reports as required. Forklift experience (for forklift positions). Make visual inspections of finished tape rolls appearance and quality. Sort tape as to scrap, rewind, second line and good rolls and pack in the prescribed manner. Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members. Perform additional duties as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Must have excellent attendance
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Must be able to work overtime as required
- Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
