Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking Forklift Operators to join our growing manufacturing team! Are you ready to make a difference? Our Forklift Operators Available Schedules: · 3rd Shift - Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00pm to 7:15am, and Thursday, 11:00pm to 6:00am · Starting hourly wage is $21.00. An additional $1.50 hourly shift differential is applied while working on 2nd or 3rd shift. Responsibilities
- Loading product for customer pick-up and prepares Common Carrier, UPS, RPS, and Federal Express Deliveries for shipment.
- Operating industrial forklift truck to assist in unloading and loading raw materials and product from trucks and trailers, while checking for proper material and count quality.
- Following Great Northern's quality procedures for accuracy and quality, randomly checking a minimum of one order per day.
- Changing LP tanks safely, following written guidelines, or recharges electric forklift as needed.
- Shrink-wrapping units as needed in preparation for shipping.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned
