Production Material Control Specialist – kdc/one Groveport Love details, systems, and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a 1st shift Production Material Control Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving problems before they become problems. What You’ll Do Be the go-to expert for production gatekeeping, making sure finished goods are scanned, documented, and ready for the warehouse. Catch and fix production and inventory issues before they reach Quality Systems (packed right the first time!). Work in SAP to keep inventory accurate and aligned with load logs. Coordinate rework and scrap activities, keeping everything organized and compliant. Help train teammates, create simple SOPs, and support continuous improvement across the floor. Partner with production, quality, and warehouse teams to keep things moving.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• ERP experience (SAP is a big plus).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort working both at a computer and on the production/warehouse floor.
