About The Position

The Production Manager will hold full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department, including visiting work sites, directing and coordinating production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and soliciting new business. This role supports the Branch Manager in improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective methods and strategies. The manager will also oversee a team, monitoring processes and procedures for installer activities, and handle all human resources aspects such as interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development. Additionally, the position involves soliciting new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
  • 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
  • Prefer construction/installation/trades experience.

Responsibilities

  • Have full responsibility for all aspects of the location’s production department.
  • Visit work sites, direct and coordinate production schedules, ensure customer satisfaction and solicit new business.
  • Support the Branch Manager and be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
  • Manage a team and monitor the processes and procedures for job activities performed by the installers.
  • Responsible for all aspects of human resources which include interviewing, hiring, onboarding performance management and development.
  • Solicit new business at required margin levels while maintaining existing business.
  • Perform any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
