The 2nd Shift Production Manager position supports and supervises production and oversees distribution, staffing, and scheduling for the shift. This position is available in our Kingston, PA facility. The anticipated annual salary starts at $60,000 and is commensurate with experience. Requirements
- A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 4 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and direct the work of others.
- Ability to deal with multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience scheduling commercial drivers.
- A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Union environment experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring production needs are met, calculating linen requirements and assuring adequate staffing needs
- Scheduling flow of linen through the departments based on daily requirements
- Working with departmental supervisors to ensure orders are ready on time and delivers depart on schedule
- Verifying linen products are properly handled throughout the facility
