Production Manager - Concrete

About The Position

In this role, you will oversee concrete-related operations and specialty flooring projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge of concrete systems, experience with epoxy floor coatings, and proven leadership skills to manage crews and ensure high-quality project execution. Travel will be required.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's degree in construction management OR business preferred along with 2+ years of experience as a Foreman/Manager in the construction industry OR a combination of education and experience demonstrating a proven track record in the field
General knowledge of concrete production and hands-on experience applying epoxy floor coatings
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including strong presentation skills, with the capacity to convey information clearly and effectively to individuals and groups
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

Ensures proper maintenance and care of company vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and other assets, keeping them in optimal working condition
Oversee daily concrete production operations across multiple job sites
Supervise epoxy floor coating installations to ensure proper application and quality standards
Lead, train, and manage crews to maintain safety, productivity, and workmanship
Coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment requirements
Ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with scope
Perform quality control and resolve field issues as they arise
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams
