Requirements

  • Technical skills and mechanical aptitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead manufacturing teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and 1+ year in supervisory roles.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing machinery, process improvement, and safety standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while meeting operational goals.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience with complex manufacturing systems and production management principles.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Complete our 8-10 month Production Management Development Program, gaining expertise in manufacturing processes, production supervision, and plant operations.
  • Assist with daily plant management, including staff supervision, production planning, and equipment oversight.
  • Apply statistical process control and quality tools to optimize production efficiency.
  • Ensure safety compliance, enforce standard operating procedures, and lead training initiatives.
  • Manage production throughput, labor contracts, and foster positive workplace relations.
