About The Position

The Power Production Maintenance Coordinator (PMC) at Global Cellulose Fiber’s Riegelwood Mill will have a primary responsibility to coordinate a core team of maintenance and operations supervision within the Power/ Recovery department. This individual will also be responsible for driving the manufacturing work systems within the department on a daily basis and improving reliability for the long run. In this role you will: Provide support to Power/Recovery Area Process Manager with regards to safety, environmental, quality, production, cost and people to exceed targeted goalsReview the complete area backlog weekly with maintenance supervisors to update priorities, and complete or develop a work schedule for the following weekAct as a liaison between maintenance and power/recovery area/departmentEmpower employees and lead the implementation of processes and systems designed to stabilize and improve the manufacturing processDriving the manufacturing work systems within the department on a daily basis and improving reliability for the long run

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of paper manufacturing and/or technical experience
  • Knowledge of papermaking process as well as manufacturing work systems
