Production Mail Service Specialist - Mail/Copy/Scan

We offer professional training, skill enhancement, and opportunities for advancement. Position Details: This direct hire role is full-time and performs high-volume mail scanning and production work. Hours will range within M-F 6:00 AM- 7:00 PM. Requirements
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Windows environment PC skills
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background checks

Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Operating high volume mail opening and scanning equipment, helping print and assemble large outbound mailings daily.
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Adhere to all safety procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- The business environment does not allow cell phones in the production area.
