As a Production Line Lead at BCI, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Production Supervisor in the setup and operation of one or more production lines. You will guide, train, and motivate employees to achieve optimal performance, maintain quality and production standards, and ensure a safe and clean workspace.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Prior experience working with people with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in line setups that optimize each employee's performance while maintaining production efficiencies.
  • Uphold quality standards defined by the Bill of Material (BOM) Specifications, as administered by the Quality Control team.
  • Enter labor, production, and quality data accurately to support our operations.
  • Empower, mentor, and energize team members to efficiently execute their assigned duties.
  • Promptly report any employee behaviors, incidents, or accidents to the supervisor and document employee activities as required by the Program Department.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized workspace that reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Act on behalf of the Supervisor when directed or in their absence.
