Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on printing processes such as screen printing or flexo press operations
• Strong knowledge of prepress workflows, color management techniques, and layout design principles
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for quality checks and adjustments
• Ability to operate machinery including CNC equipment and forklifts safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with quality control standards specific to high-security printed products
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Basic understanding of typography, print advertising standards, and machining processes

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily printing operations on various presses, including flexo presses and CNC machinery
• Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Monitor print quality through rigorous inspection, color management, and adherence to layout design specifications
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for printing issues related to screen printing, prepress processes, or machinery malfunctions
• Ensure proper setup and calibration of equipment using technical skills in machining, typography, and CNC operations
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits within the production area
• Collaborate with prepress teams on color accuracy, graphic design adjustments, and print advertising requirements
