About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works closely with production supervisors to provide leadership to production teams. Train new and existing employees through formal training processes and systems. Recommends and/or influences corrective actions. Administers coaching conversations. Manages teams not limited to production, time and attendance, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Understands and translates productivity and efficiency goals to production teams. Maintains visual boards with KPI's by department Participates and trains production teams on safety and quality programs and initiatives. Leads continuous improvement projects. Creates and fosters a positive, inclusive, and dynamic culture that aligns with Gibraltar brand values. Work Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to manufacturing equipment and machinery, forklifts, and pallets. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme hot and cold weather conditions. Personal protective equipment is required in all areas of the production plant.
