About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Supervisor to lead a
team of employees. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in
optimizing material movement, ensuring safety, driving quality, and implementing
operational standards to meet and exceed our customer's delivery expectations.

For over 35 years, TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) has been a leader in
sustainable manufacturing, driving the circular economy by extending the life of
essential products in the automotive and industrial markets.

Founded in 1987 in Daphne, Alabama by the Bigler family, TERREPOWER began as a
small regional remanufacturer of starters and alternators. Our commitment to
quality and innovation quickly earned us a reputation as a trusted name in the
automotive industry.

Recognizing new challenges and opportunities, in 2019 we set our sights on EV
battery upcycling-addressing one of the industry’s most pressing issues. Our
engineering team pioneered solutions to extend EV battery life, pushing the
boundaries of sustainable innovation.

Recognizing that demand for solar panels would exceed availability and 100,000
tons of waste would potentially go into landfills by 2035, our team searched for
an innovative way to upcycle solar panels. With an eye on the future, we
developed ways to upcycle solar panels.

Rooted in family and community values, we’re proud to have second-generation

expanded our footprint into Europe with facilities in Spain, Italy, Denmark,
Germany and Poland. We now sustainably manufacture and supply an assortment of

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership experience preferred, in operations supervising a team of employees.
• Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience in a manufacturing, production and warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience in inventory, distribution, shipping, or materials strongly preferred.
• Build and maintain strong, positive partnerships to drive stronger business results and resolve quality control issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to include inventory, material movement, quality, and shipping.
• Auditing teams to ensure we are adhering to process and diminishing returns.
• Comply with safety standards and requirements to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment.
• Meeting and enforcing quality control, inventory accuracy, and daily production standards.
• Ensure timely order commitment to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Assist in developing OJT training programs.
• Assisting Production Supervisor/Ops Manager/GM as needed.
• Responsible for sending daily shift reports to site management.
• Responsible for ensuring employees are cross-trained and job rotation is consistently in place.
• Confirm employee adherence to production tracking protocols and goals.
• Maintain quality standards by performing weekly meetings with team members.
• Mentor, coach, train, and assist team members in production.
