2nd Shift Production Lead
About The Position
Essential Duties Monitor and lead production processes and procedures, ensuring that the production schedule is met Support after hours receiving of raw materials, ingredients, and corrugated when needed Provides coverage in the absence of oven and raw utilities. Retrieves materials for production and packaging operations Respond to the need of production operation Monitor production operation for product quality and process procedure; corrects and reports to management any inconsistencies Assist in, and monitor pre and/or post operational activities Assist in the collection and processing of material usage, performance and inventory information Assist in the training and development of new and current employees Utilize staff to clean coolers, cooling units, and other misc. cleaning as directed Support maintenance PM program Performs other related duties as required
