About The Position

Our team is currently seeking Production Lead for our packaging department. We focus on safety and quality-oriented people who can demonstrate adaptability and willingness in a team- oriented fast paced work environment. The Production Lead has primary responsibility for effective operation of packaging and processing equipment accomplished in a manner to enhance the overall performance of the plant. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Degree in a related field preferred and/or a minimum of 1-year previous experience in food/beverage manufacturing working in a leadership capacity is required.
Excellent Analytical Reasoning Skills, Math Skills, Organizational Skill
Must have a solid understanding of process improvement methods, and be capable of leading a team.
Must be able to lead by example and have the ability to allocate resources as situations change.
Computer skills required include word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement to Quality standards.
Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment- to be coordinated after receiving a passing interview score
