Requirements

Strong leadership, team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the production process, equipment, product specifications and box sizes/configurations
Basic computer skills
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Good attendance with a willingness to be at work and on time when scheduled to work
Professional Attitude and conduct with the ability to work well with others, Integrity
Strong work ethic
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Maintaining employee safety
Managing product yields, flows and upgrades in their area
Monitoring and maintaining all required paperwork and control limits during production
Making changes to the production schedule if needed
Managing equipment set-up and breakdown
Other duties as assigned
