Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds. What to expect: This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards. Our Real Alloy business in Chicago Heights, IL has a career opportunity for an experienced Production Labor in Industrial Manufacturing. The Production Laborer is tasked with processing aluminum scrap and operates on a melting furnace. This can include burner control, in addition to charging, melting, and transferring molten metal into DEOX when needed. Assemble material into the furnace at the proper temperature. Employees will make certain material bins are straight, clean, and orderly. Confirm that raw material loads are processed completely.
