About The Position
Associated Truss & Lumber Co is a growing floors and roofs truss, lumber company in the manufacturing industry. We are a family owned local company with 110 local employees that mold and drive the company where it is today. We are seeking hard working individuals to join our team in production labor, in the manufacturing of wooden trusses and lumber components. Cross training on multiple departments to be a versatile and valuable employee to the company. The company offers a tremendous opportunity for upward mobility. We participate in the E-Verify Program through Homeland Security and participate in background check for employment. On the job training provided.
Requirements
- Work boots - must be at least hard soled or steel toe.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn in the plant and in the yard. PPEs includes safety glasses/goggles, reflective gear, ear plugs and provided by the company at no cost to you.
- Hammer (Metal 22-24 oz), with Hammer Holder, & a 25' to 30' tape (can be purchased from company).
- Eager learner, desire to grow and must desire to work.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including all safety guidelines required by OSHA and our insurance carrier.
- Team oriented.
- Must complete and pass pre-Employment Drug Screen and audiogram test.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Valid identification license.
