Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic math skills, including measurement and conversions
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift in a production environment
  • Comfort working in an area with heat, dust, and noise
  • Comfortable wearing required PPE
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Team oriented, reliable, and safety focused
  • Employment in this position requires strict adherence to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and compliance with the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) program. Candidates must meet all eligibility and compliance requirements to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Weigh and prepare material samples for processing
  • Record accurate measurements and data in tracking systems
  • Support grinding, blending, and size reduction activities
  • Assist with sample inventory management and organization
  • Maintain clean work areas, equipment, and tools to avoid contamination
  • Follow safety standards and PPE requirements at all times
  • Work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Stand, walk, and lift materials up to 50 pounds during the shift
