Your Key Responsibilities Operate a minimum of one production process performing single and/or multiple functions, which may include CNC or manually controlled equipment. Perform set ups on machines when training allows. Perform problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards. Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced by process/machine. Routinely check process/machine for basic maintenance and take correction action in a timely matter. Required to perform inspection of own work using precision measuring equipment as provided or directed to determine quality of work. Follow and accurately record data as directed or required in routers, IMS and any other production tracking systems. May be required to work in other departments or occasionally, to set up a machine for others to operate. Ability to read and interpret production prints. Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required work. Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas.
