About The Position

This full-time role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in sign production, installation, and basic design, while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• Coachable and comfortable working under the guidance of experienced team members
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders as needed
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must be able to pass a background / criminal history check

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Experience in print production, fabrication, or hands-on technical work
• Familiarity with signage materials and installation methods

Responsibilities

• Produce, assemble, and finish a wide variety of signs and graphics
• Weed, tape, mount, laminate, and prepare vinyl graphics for production
• Assist with and perform interior and exterior sign installations
• Operate equipment including large format printers, vinyl plotters, laminators, and panel saws
• Support workflow efficiency, organization, and quality control standards
• Perform basic design edits and file preparation using Adobe Illustrator and related software
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
