Pilgrim’s is seeking hourly production team members to process products using tools, manual labor, and equipment in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim’s Company product standards and procedures. Responsibilities include processing products according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations, observing equipment operation, and notifying appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety concerns. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting co-workers, and adhering to all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies. Team members are expected to maintain a positive work atmosphere, recognize and act on safety risks, consistently practice and enforce safe work habits, participate in process improvement, and follow all company animal welfare guidelines. Other duties may be assigned as directed.
