About The Position

Summary The Fulfillment Associate assists in essential responsibilities of the production department and ensures state compliance standards and Planet 13 standards are met by preforming the following duties. Verifies delivery of new products, enters products into the POS system, prepares products for warehouse storage and wholesale distribution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• NV State Agent Card Required.
• OSHA 10 Required (company paid) to be completed within 6 months of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill wholesale purchase orders, ensuring the label and product count is accurate.
• Complete inventory procedure using electronic tracking system and respond to any discrepancies by notifying management and investigating reasons for the discrepancy.
• Review inventory in electronic tracking system and METRC systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Accepting and preparing deliveries on METRC, the state mandated inventory tracking system.
• Prepares products for wholesale distribution and backstock (preparing bins, labels, METRC tag copies for bins, etc.).
• Assists Inventory control with the intake of consumables and biomass.
• Assists Management in investigating discrepancies.
• Participate in Quarterly/Yearly Audits.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
• Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
