Electrical experience with PLC familiarity are certainly skills we are looking for! Position – Production Facilities Maintenance Technician Job Location – Cadott, WI Starting Dates – Immediately Employment Term – Direct Hire Employment Type – Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00 pm with occasional weekend hours required)

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician
Solid technical/mechanical aptitude.
Experience with 3-phase electrical components required.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, pull, and lift throughout an 8-hour period.
Basic computer knowledge will be helpful.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Position requires ability to become fork lift certified.
High School Diploma or equivalent required, technical diploma preferred
At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical maintenance technician in an industrial setting, production facility required.
Must have three-phase electrical experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with and familiarity of PLC and HMI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Follow safety policies and procedures and report any unsafe conditions.
Assemble and install new production equipment, make mechanical repairs, and perform electrical repairs.
Complete and direct preventative maintenance tasks.
Supervise and direct work of maintenance assistant.
Comprehend diagrams as they relate to electrical and mechanical requirements.
Make sound problem-solving decisions.
Create positive work environment with coworkers.
Organize maintenance parts and supplies.
Organize and maintain Maintenance work stations.
