Requirements

Ability to read, interpret, and communicate oral and written instructions.
Ability to communicate fluently in English – bilingual a plus
Organized and able to multi-task
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Basic understanding of the construction process
Basic understanding of tools, handling and operation
Digital job schedule creation
Basic understanding of technology, basic computer skills: word knowledge is required
Ability to work overtime, if needed, and be on call when required
Must Have Valid Driver's License
Able to Pass Pre-employment screenings
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of previous building experience
Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.
May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull.
Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.
Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions occasionally.
PPE required, as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage and facilitate residential, commercial and industrial projects through completion
Generate detailed work order, communicate, and schedule work with M&C Dept.
Generate and provide accurate project schedules to customers and assigned subcontractors
Maintain frequent communication with customers, subcontractors, and estimators to achieve a cohesive product
Coordinate and record all material selections with customer
Determine and generate material take off and coordinate purchase of materials
Approve and submit subcontractor invoices for payment to A/P Clerk
Secure necessary permits
Order dumpsters
Maintain orderly and clean job site
Coordinate inspection of property with city/bank inspectors
Communicate with estimator weekly and as needed to provide status on all jobs
Work within present job budgets
Upon customer approval, install yard sign
Insure all employees/subcontractors are working safely
