About The Position

As Senior Production Engineer, you will lead high-impact engineering initiatives that enhance well performance and operational reliability. You will apply deep technical expertise in artifical lift, choke management, and implement effective solutions to maintain and improve well performance. In this role, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor engineers, and influence production strategies that align with business goals. Your leadership will help shape a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration across the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering field from an accredited college or university, OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology in a relevant field with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
  • A minimum eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as a main priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects and teams in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong technical knowledge in completions, flow assurance, and mechanical integrity
  • Effective communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement and team development

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and minimum seven (7) years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry and PE Certification
  • Project Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Leads cross-functional teams in choke management and well performance optimization
  • Develops and refines choke management strategies and artificial lifts for lifecycle optimization
  • Leads mechanical integrity programs and failure investigations
  • Owns full project lifecycle from concept to field handover and appraisal
  • Influences production operations in high-complexity environments
  • Trains and coaches’ engineers while leading multidisciplinary projects
  • Other duties as assigned
