About The Position

The Production Dishwasher is primarily responsible for the cleaning of all equipment, dishes, and utensils for Bread Production and the Commissary Kitchen (Seattle). The Production Dishwasher prepares ingredients for use in Bread Production. The Dishwasher is responsible for adhering to all FSMA and sanitation requirements.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand basic English required
Maintains a valid Food Handler's Card at all times and follows health department guidelines at all times.
Must demonstrate regular attendance by coming to work on scheduled working days and being on time. May be required to work a variety of days and shifts to meeting business need including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

HS diploma/GED preferred
Professional experience as a dishwasher preferred

Responsibilities

Washes all Bread Production, Break Room, and Commissary dishes
Maintains a clean and organized work station
Prepares ingredients for use in Bread Production, i.e. chopping herbs or other ingredients
Is aware of department and company financial goals
Knows and acts in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Grand Central Bakery in all parts of their job.
