Production Crew
About The Position
Production Crew members will work closely with the production and marketing departments to maximize partner and fan engagement, entertainment, and service. Crew members will be part of the worldwide television broadcast and in-game entertainment for all Great Lakes Loons home games. ORGANIZATIONAL SUMMARY The Great Lakes Loons are a High-A Minor League Baseball affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Founded in 2007, the club is a member of the 12-team Midwest League and won its first championship in 2016. Red Eye Productions is the home of all digital content created for and by the Great Lakes Loons.
Requirements
- Ability to excel in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong ability to adapt on the fly.
- Willingness to work flexible and demanding hours, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Should have or be pursuing a degree in production, communications, or graphic design.
Responsibilities
- Set up and tear down of all equipment.
- Ability to effectively execute all aspects of game day production.
- Attend pre-game production meetings and rehearsals.
- Other duties as assigned.
