2 Towns Ciderhouse is seeking Production Crew Members who are enthusiastic about fermentation and eager to be part of a collaborative, energetic, and efficient team. Production Crew Members have the unique opportunity to cross-train in key positions essential to craft alcohol production, including Shipping and Receiving Assistant, Packaging Crew Member, and Cellar Crew Member. Cellar - primarily tasks involve keg, tote, and tank washing, along with other cellar responsibilities such as monitoring and preparing raw materials, maintaining accurate documentation, receiving fresh juice, overseeing fermentation, and sanitizing and maintaining equipment essential to production. Packaging - tasks include attention to detail while safely and effectively packaging craft alcohol beverages and palletizing finished products. Shipping and Receiving - tasks include loading and unloading freight and raw goods, maintaining all appropriate records, and working closely with the logistics department. Our successful candidate will have the following attributes: Dependable with a strong work ethic Follow safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe working environment Adaptable & Flexible Practice positivity in the workplace Interpersonal skills and a proficient communicator Physical Requirements: Able to be flexible in both schedule and duties, heavy physical activity, performing regular strenuous activities, including standing, lifting, walking, climbing, reaching, carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, and other motions. Palletizing 35 lb+ cases of bottles and cans, moving 150 lb+ kegs and drums onto and off pallets, driving a forklift, climbing ladders, handling chemicals, and working together to meet shared goals.   • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Comfortable driving and able to safely drive larger vehicles (no semis)
  • Able to lift 50lbs, and able to laterally move 150+lbs by hand or with a hand truck
