Cellar - primarily tasks involve keg, tote, and tank washing, along with other cellar responsibilities such as monitoring and preparing raw materials, maintaining accurate documentation, receiving fresh juice, overseeing fermentation, and sanitizing and maintaining equipment essential to production. Packaging - tasks include attention to detail while safely and effectively packaging craft alcohol beverages and palletizing finished products. Shipping and Receiving - tasks include loading and unloading freight and raw goods, maintaining all appropriate records, and working closely with the logistics department. Palletizing 35 lb+ cases of bottles and cans, moving 150 lb+ kegs and drums onto and off pallets, driving a forklift, climbing ladders, handling chemicals, and working together to meet shared goals.
