About The Position

Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems LLC (R2S) Joint Venture is seeking to hire a highly motivated and dynamic Production Cost Control Account Manager (CAM) within the Operations & Facilities department. The Production Cost Control Account Manager (CAM ) is responsible for the planning, execution, and financial performance of assigned control accounts within a project. Acting as the single point of accountability, the CAM ensures that scope, schedule and budget are effectively managed in accordance with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) standards and contractual requirements. What You Will Do Develop and maintain Control Account Plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning Participate in the preparation of budgets and schedules for all contract work and assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines Monitor performance using EVMS metrics such as CPI, SPI, and variance analysis Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines Lead cost and schedule forecasting, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding Prepare comprehensive EVMS presentations and performance reports for leadership Collaborating with project schedules, finance analysts, and technical leads to ensure alignment across disciplines Identify risk and opportunities within control accounts and implement mitigation strategies Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and customer audits Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards (DFARS) Perform all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with production processes associated with transition to production, production and/or management of cost and schedule performance baselines
  • Experience analyzing cost, schedule, and/or technical data
  • Experience summarizing and presenting data to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling format
  • Experience leading, working, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Experience in a government contracting environment with DoD and non-DoD customers.
  • Team lead or leadership experience
  • Earned Value Management Professional (EVMP) certification
  • Experience with DoD or aerospace/defense programs
  • Proficiency in data analysis (e.g, Excel, Power BI)
