Production Coordinator (Part-Time)

About The Position

Coordinate crew bookings, including lighting techs, stylists, hair, and makeup artists. Prepare and distribute call sheets, ensuring all crew and talent receive accurate call times, location details, and shoot-day information. Oversee the organization of MeUndies’s in-office studio and manage the equipment check-out process Coordinate market samples, ensuring all product samples are checked in, QC’d by the Merchandising team, steamed, and organized in preparation for shoot day. Maintain an organized studio environment, including marketing samples, props, and shoot supplies; ensure the studio kitchen remains stocked and production-ready. Submit Market Sample POs using established templates (routine process). Maintain prop and styling inventory. Serve as the day-of point of contact for crew and model arrivals, ensuring smooth check-in and communication throughout the day of the shoot. Coordinate catering and meals, ensuring food orders and breaks align with the production schedule. Provide on-set production support, including general Production Assistant duties and running occasional errands as needed. Coordinate live castings. Coordinate laundry services for the shoot, wardrobe, and samples. Maintain vendor tracking and documentation to support studio budgeting and cost visibility. Assist with sample returns and organization once production has wrapped. Track shoot-day receipts and expenses. Be present and proactive on set and mitigate conflicts as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in media production
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled at written and verbal communication
  • A master multi-tasker with the ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Comfortable operating and managing production equipment

  • Experience working in digital media or branded content is a plus!
