A successful Production Coordinator would be someone who is meticulous, enjoys planning and organizing, and does well under pressure. You would play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding customer service and would be responsible for the daily/weekly scheduling of projects. This a full-time, entry level position and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Coordinate full-roof jobs with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Review in coming folders for completeness and accuracy
  • Review final project details to ensure change orders are reflected and billed properly
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices from suppliers
  • Onboard new full roof projects to verify accuracy and set expectations with customers
  • Track inventory of in-house materials
  • Submit proper building permits for full roofs as needed
  • Effectively oversee updates and changes for full-roof projects in our CRM
  • Keep clients up to date with backlog timing
  • Able to multitask and prioritize schedules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with customers in a positive, professional manner
  • Detail-oriented
  • Effective time management
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment and remains flexible
  • Assist Production Manager with miscellaneous admin duties
