The Production Coordinator at Central is a team builder who will be tasked with the growth, care, and discipleship of team members in their assigned area. This will include collaborating with the Worship and Production team on creating environments at all campuses where people “Encounter the Presence of Jesus.” All staff and contractors are tasked with helping the mission of our church to “Introduce our friends to Jesus, learn to follow Him, and celebrate His presence in our lives.”

Requirements

DNA Carrier: Vision Caster and Cultural Carrier of the mission and vision of The Cove Church.
Proven project manager: Demonstrated ability to make definitive decisions, implement detailed plans, communicate with clarity of operational expectations and outcomes.
Multi-tasker: Demonstrated organizational skills.
Communicator: Excellent results-oriented communication skills.
Peacemaker: Manage conflict biblically within all relationships including internal group relationships.
A team player: Works well with a team and within the organizational structure.
Adaptable: Ability to respond effectively to unplanned changes in workflow and projects.
Team builder: Identify giftings in team members, develop and cultivate relationships that help us “empower the saints for the work of the ministry.” (Ephesians 4:12)

Responsibilities

Assisting the vision, ideation, and development of the Worship and Production ministry.
Able to think through an expansive scope, planning both operationally and relationally.
Has a passion to help people grow personally and spiritually.
Build a collaborative culture with campus staff and leadership.
Work with the Denver Staff to achieve Sunday production expectations.
Assist Cove Students, when necessary, with any AVL needs.
Oversee Sunday production at the Denver Campus.
Pursue personal development at every opportunity and be the primary driver of your personal and professional growth.
Assist in audio, lighting, video, and set design.
Primary driver of production volunteer care at the Denver Campus.
Seek feedback from supervisors, peers, and team members.
Live a life worthy of the calling as taught in Ephesians 4.
Live the Mission of The Cove Church, Values, and 5 Habits.
Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of The Cove Church employees, as defined by The Ministry Policy Manual and Staff Handbook.
Faithfully tithing consistently at least 10% of all personal income to God’s work through The Cove Church.
