About The Position

This role supports the production team in efficiently completing work according to the production plan while ensuring high-quality results. You will collaborate with Operations Management to follow established manufacturing standards and maintain output in line with company policies and procedures. The position also encourages team members to pursue continuous improvement within their production area using available tools and serves as a key resource or subject matter expert in assigned areas.

Requirements

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Fully proficient support individual contributor.
Works under limited supervision.
May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise.
Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.
Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has moderate impact on the overall achievement of results for the team
Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations. Resolves most issues.
Communicates with contacts typically within and outside the department.
