About The Position

In this hands-on position, you'll coordinate product samples, pre-production, organize image files, and assist on set, ensuring that everything is organized and on point for our talented photographers, retouchers, and creative team members. From coordinating sample orders to assisting with styling and prop purchases, you’ll be the backbone of our photoshoot preparation, making sure every detail is in place. Working to route and organize assets, and ensure proper tracking and paperwork you’ll ensure smooth post production for every shoot. Requirements

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in fashion, apparel, retail, marketing, or creative operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with appropriate sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to be proactive and create new processes where needed
  • Comfortable communicating effectively across different teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast pace and high growth environment
  • Strong multitasker with the ability to coordinate deadlines and implement necessary feedback
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PLM systems, Airtable a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support Photo/Video production by coordinating photo shoots, styling, and sample needs with the category, brand and customer in mind.
  • Coordinate sample ordering, spreadsheet tracking, and organizing samples onsite at our HQ to ensure seamless picks
  • Monitor samples deliveries and needs
  • Prepare, send, and receive sample packages
  • Ensure every photographer has the correct samples on time for their shoot and coordinate receiving samples back to our HQ
  • Own sample organization and system at HQ
  • Administer paperwork and image sharing with talent.
  • Assist where needed during all onsite photoshoots, pre, and post production.
  • Support general studio organization and maintenance.
