About The Position

The Production Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Producers and Production Manager in all aspects of pre-production and production. This individual will ensure seamless communication, organized scheduling, and smooth execution of studio recordings, live broadcasts, and special events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about producing meaningful, faith-centered content with excellence.

  • 2–3 years of experience in television, live event, or media production environments preferred
  • Working knowledge of studio production workflows and terminology
  • Experience coordinating schedules, crews, or production logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment
  • Flexible schedule required to support ministry productions and broadcast needs, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Must be willing to work in-studio and on-location as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist Producers and Production Manager with pre-production planning and production logistics
  • Coordinate production schedules, call sheets, rundowns, and recording calendars
  • Schedule studio time, rehearsals, production meetings, and related logistics
  • Schedule and confirm production crew as productions are approved
  • Serve as a primary point of communication between production staff, technical teams, and freelancers
  • Communicate schedule updates, production changes, and run-of-show details clearly and professionally
  • Prepare and process production-related paperwork, releases, and invoices
  • Maintain accurate production records and calendars
  • Track and distribute relevant production materials in a timely manner
  • Provide in-studio or on-location support during recordings, live broadcasts, and special events
  • Support Producers, Directors, and Production Manager during tapings to ensure a smooth and distraction-free environment
  • Serve in crew positions as needed
