PURPOSE : Work and execute all aspects of production, offer consistent and friendly customer services, and provide support to all areas of the business's production. The Brothers that just do Gutters is a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise, specializing in the installation, repair, and maintenance of seamless gutters, gutter guards, specialty gutters, and more. With over 100 franchise locations across the United States, we are rapidly growing and continuously seeking driven individuals to join our team. Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and follow-through
• Arrive on time and ready to work (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Working knowledge of office technology helpful- computers, etc
• Ability to learn and accept feedback, positive and corrective
• Be very organized and have excellent time management skill
• Manage and lead a team of installers
